Shipping & Delivery Policy

All Yasmeen Mahgoub pieces are handcrafted in our workshop in Egypt using sterling silver, gemstones, and genuine leather.

Each order is made to order, ensuring every piece is individually crafted with care and attention to detail.

Production Time

All orders require a production time of 10–15 working days, depending on the complexity of customization and design details.

Production begins once payment is confirmed and all customization details have been received.

Shipping Area

We currently deliver within Egypt and to a selection of international destinations. 

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on your location and courier service. Delivery begins after production is completed.

Important Notes

• Most of the items are handcrafted and not pre-stocked

• Delivery delays may occur due to courier operations or peak seasons

• Once shipped, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier service
