Yes. Most pieces can be personalized with:

• Engraved names, words, or phrases
• Material selection (sterling silver, 18K gold, gold plating)
• Chains, wraps, gemstones, and leather details (where applicable)

Each piece is crafted based on the details provided at checkout.

Once an order is confirmed, it immediately enters production. Therefore, changes, cancellations, or edits are not possible after checkout.

We do not provide standard previews or digital mockups for all orders.

However, for certain custom requests, you may contact us via Instagram or WhatsApp to discuss your design and confirm details before production.

Each piece is then carefully crafted based on the final approved specifications provided at checkout or during communication.

Your engraving will be produced exactly as submitted. Please double-check all text before placing your order. If you spot an error, contact us via Instagram within 24 hours of ordering, and we’ll do our best to update your engraving before production begins. Once production has started, changes cannot be guaranteed.

All sales are final and non-refundable. We only accept exchanges for items with a manufacturing defect or quality issue. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you believe your item is defective.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos for review. Each case will be assessed individually, and an appropriate resolution will be provided if applicable.

Yes. Every piece is handcrafted in our workshop in Egypt using sterling silver, 18K gold, gold-plated sterling silver, gemstones, and genuine leather.

Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry and the natural variation of gemstones and leather, slight differences may occur. These variations are part of the uniqueness of each piece and are not considered defects.
