Two Years of Empowerment and Creativity in Jewelry Design and Manufacturing
Over two years, this project has been an extraordinary journey aimed at empowering women and providing them with the opportunity to acquire the necessary skills to enter the world of jewelry design and manufacturing. Its role was not limited to transferring technical knowledge, but extended to be a real platform for building confidence, developing creativity, and opening new professional horizons for the participants.
During this journey, I had the honor of participating as one of the trainers, where I met an inspiring group of women in governorates and villages of Egypt (Luxor and Beheira) who showed great passion and a genuine readiness to develop their skills and embark on promising career paths. The spirit of cooperation and positive energy that brought the participants together contributed to creating a distinguished learning environment that reflected on the quality of the experience and the results achieved.
One of the most inspiring aspects of this experience was witnessing the participants' development and the gradual growth of their self-confidence, and transforming ideas and creations into tangible works that reflect their personalities and ambitions.
I also cherish working alongside the inspiring Salma Al-Farsi, and in cooperation with the National Council for Women, an institution that believes in the importance of investing in people and creating a real and sustainable impact within society.
This project represents a successful model of what knowledge can achieve when combined with will and support. For every skill acquired, for every dream that came to light, and for every future that began to take shape during this journey, pride and gratitude remain the title of this exceptional experience.
